This app is designed to measure your Mental Fitness through a validated methodology that gives you a daily score for your Mental Fitness as well as a breakdown of this score by the core elements of Mental Fitness. You can better understand your mind and score through a personalized dashboards and information. We then recommend optimal ways to improve your Mental Fitness based on your score and profile. With your data and our insights, you can improve your Mental Fitness and improve your mental strength.

WHO ARE WE?
Evexia Collective Pte. Ltd. is a start-up based in Singapore focused on preventative mental well-being for corporates and their employees. Founded in 2021, Evexia Collective has a vision of rebranding “mental health” to be about “mental fitness” and putting mental fitness on par with physical fitness. Through in-person and online products, Evexia Collective aims to foster mental strength amongst employees so that they are happier, healthier, and more productive at work.
